If you haven't received activation email in your inbox, then you can check your Junk/Spam folder. If no email is found, then you can retry again by sending mail from registered email. Go to Signup & click on the link just below 'Create Account' button. Enter your registered email id & if it matches with database, then a activation mail will be sent again to your email.
